Based on your rental application, we can best determine how to make your housing dreams come true.
Here is how it works.
Apply Immediately Online
Everyone over 18 living in the home must apply.
We will review the application and should have an answer within 2-3 business days of receipt of all required documents. This is subject to your employer & landlord responding timely.
Your application will be approved or denied based on our written guidelines as detailed in Step 1.
Once approved we need to set a move-in date. Move in dates must be within 3 weeks of application approval & applications are only valid for 30 days.

Do you need good credit to be in your program?
We do not expect perfect credit. The better your credit the easier it will be to get you approved. If you have some credit issues, that is OK. We are mostly looking for ability to pay and a stable rental history. To learn more about how we look at credit, please review our application questions.
I had a bad experience with a landlord and am concerned about getting qualified. Can you still work with me?

I have a past criminal charge. Would I be accepted?
We do pull a criminal report. Felony conviction of violent crimes, sexually related crimes, drug related charges and other serious and/or repeated offensives will not be approved. While we understand that time and maturity can make a difference, charges over 5 years will still be evaluated and used in conjunction with the balance of your application.
